Apple, big boy cups and crayons!

It's Christmas week and I'm so excited to get my Holiday on!!! WOOO! Yesterday was an awesome day! Mama and I stayed home together and did all sorts of fun stuff.
After I got up from my nap I was really, really hungry.... Mama starting cutting up an apple for me and got super excited when i said, "apple" for the very first time- that apple was so tasty! She took a picture of me with my apple right after I said it... she's so silly!

Once I'd finished my apple she set me at the table with three of my favorite foods, shredded cheese, olives and tomatoes! Then she poured me a glass of milk in a big boy glass! She used to help me every time but now she lets me do it by myself and I didn't spill at all! I did end up putting some olives in my milk and Mama thought that was pretty funny.

 

Mmm, mmm... milk is delicious!

After that we got out some crayons, I still can't quite say "crayon" but I can say "paper"! Mama had this cardboard box that she was letting me draw on and then we came up with this cool game, I would roll the crayon to Mama down the box of the lid and then she would lift the lid slightly so that they rolled back to me! Then I figured out how to make them roll back to me without Mama's help. It was the best game EVER!

I also liked to roll the crayons from side to side and of course draw a lovely abstract piece on the box itself.

I think it's funny that Mama takes all these pictures of me and sometimes I try to steal the camera, but this time I posed even though I was still sleepy from my nap.

I have been going through an intense growth spurt recently. Instead of only eating part of one egg I eat two eggs for breakfast! I also love to eat cottage cheese, pickles and olives, just like Grandpa!

Uncle Nolan is staying at my house for awhile, which is pretty cool. I love when I get to hang out with my uncle.

yes- i'm a ham!

well, Mama and I have missed having the internet a lot! Mostly mama tho... I like to wiggle the mouse and touch all the buttons on the keyboard when she isn't looking, hehehe... Mama is home for school break so we've spent LOTS of time together!!! It's so much fun! A few weeks ago we went to the Christmas parade and we gotta take my cousin Olivia with us and her Grandma Jaylynn.
My hands got super cold so I borrowed Olivia's gloves, it was pretty silly.

She gave me kisses too... i tried to escape them but i was stuck in my stroller... 

 We got to eat rice crispies treats and Olivia got hot cocoa! Mama brought me milk to drink. It was so much fun! I loved the horses and dogs, I clapped and cheered right along with everyone. Mama even put me up on her shoulders a few times.

My cousin Olivia has been to my house over a few times too... last Saturday we made cookies together!

 

They were delicious! 

 

Even before they were cooked... num, num, COOKIES!

The next time Olivia came over she said she was tired so we sat on the couch together and mama got us each our own blanket.

 

We didn't actually sleep at all... 

I've been kickin it with my cool and crazy Uncle Nolan- sometimes he makes monkey noises and beats his chest like a monkey and i can do it just as good as he can!!! He's the best uncle in the world! We always have fun together.

Mama tells everyone I'm growing up so fast, I can say, "Piano", "Paper", "Please" and lots and lots of words... I listen a lot to my Mama when she asks me to help her but sometimes I disobey and do naughty things like break the Christmas tree ornaments, and throw my sippy cup behind the tv. Then i get in trouble and that is not fun! I know my Mama loves me and all my aunts and uncles and cousins and my grandma and grandpa. Good night everyone!!! Love you all...

I'm back!

Hey everybody- mom is really sorry she hasn't been posting but her computer broke.  It's a sad time for all of us, but she has been taking some pictures. She's using my grandma's computer so she can share them with you all!

Fun Day!

Last night Mama and I went to Grandpa's house to go pick up the laundry... on the way home I decided I should get a head start on helping her fold it... hehehe...

This morning Mama and I ate muffins... snuggled, i drank milk, she drank her coffee which she NEVER shares... anyway, then we went to go get Cousin Olivia.

Cousin Olivia and I went to the park together, it was so much fun! Olivia had Mama hold her hand when she went down the big steep slide, but i just rocketted down it all by myself!! She always was there to catch me of course... so why worry?

Then we went home and had a delicious snack of grapes and apple juice:

What an awesome day! She also fed us cottage cheese, mac and cheese and then Olivia and I shared a popsicle. Yum!

Mama was busying all day, folding the laundry I had tried to help her with last night... after she had put all the dirty clothes in the laundry I decided to have a little fun...

Mama has the best shirts!! I wish she would let me wear them!

It was fun to see my Mama laugh.

Tonight she read my three books, and she read each of those three books three times!!

She also sang the "itsy-bitsy-spider" to me five times... I wish i could make my hands do the spider! I try everytime, it's so much fun!

Today was a very boring day, but I learned to make the best of it!
Mama was running around calling on her phone and filling out paperworks so furiously that she hardly had time to throw some tomatoes, turkey and cheese on my lunch tray.
After i was done eating my lunch, and tried running around the house, climbing up onto chairs and desks making mom stop her silly paper scribbling every five minutes to chase me... hehehe... i discovered something AMAZING! Mama had forgotten to tie the cupboards closed like she usually does. Yeah... she uses a shoelace to tie the cupboards closed... pretty smart. BUT she forgot today! I decided to get myself a little snack.

It was so much fun! Cheerios are delicious... There were so many awesome things under the cupboard!!!

I don't even know WHAT i've got in my hand... i think it's some cardboard... and my foot is resting on an ice tray... I even found some oyster crakers! I grabbed the bag and the FLEW EVERYWHERE!!! It was so cool! You should've been there- my Mama laughed and laughed...

Yep, my work here is done. After all this mess making I was EXXXXXXXXXXXXHAUSTED so I decided to catch some z's...

What a lovely day! Hope Mama always lets me play in the cupboard, but I have a feeling when I wake up my mess will be gone and the cupboard will be tied up again. *Sigh* I guess I'll just have to dream about making messes until she forgets again!!

I love Lilly!

Yesterday was a very lovely day... at one point yesterday Kelley broke out the sun chips!!! I immediately hopped on the couch to see how many she would give me, Lilly was curious too...

Kelley, being the sweet amazing person she is, decided to give me another chip

I decided to give that chip to Lilly...

She LOVED it!

I always sneak food to Lilly when my mom isn't looking...

It's been awhile!!

Sorry it's been awhile, my mom's been busy with school which is no fun for me.  Here are some of the things i've been up to lately:

I enjoy climbing into the oven drawer... I play with all the pots and pans in there, it's great fun! You should seriously try it out sometime.

Tonight while my mama was doing homework, I decided to show her how dirty I was by attempting to wash myself...

yeah, you see mama gave me a sippy cup of water and i decided to spit every gulp back out onto my cute little self!  Then mama gave me a bath!!!

Bath time is my favorite time, I jumped right into the bath!

I've been spending the last month or so just kickin it

I'm cool like that.

Mama wanted to tell all of you that she will try to be better at keeping up on this blog but that school is killin her. Thankfully she has me to keep her going, she tells me I give her drive to succeed. That's pretty neat-o, don't you think?
